From Parents call for specialty teachers, Change from rotary system called failure:

Parents plan to keep pushing Bluewater trustees at the next board meeting for an immediate return to rotary classes and specialty teachers for grades 7 and 8 at Kincardine and Port Elgin schools.

A senior staff decision a year ago ended partial rotary to focus instead on integrated curriculum learning, with home room teachers for all but a few subjects such as French and music.
